Refund Policy

Please note that we will gladly refund your purchase under the following conditions:

• eLKe must be notified within 10 days after the receipt of your purchase
• The product must be in it's original, unused condition

Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fees for returning any products to us. eLKe reserves the right to refuse a refund should the item(s) show signs of wear and tear or have been damaged by the buyer.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded taking into account a 10% administration fee (to recover transactional costs).

NB: No sale items can be refunded or exchanged.
